🔍 1. Documentation Inventory & Quality Audit (การตรวจสอบคลังและคุณภาพเอกสาร)

We conducted a comprehensive audit of the SplitDee documentation vault. The vault contains files in the root and several subfolders. Here is the evaluation of the current state:

🚨 2. Redundancy & Duplicate Concepts Analysis (การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ซ้ำซ้อนและทับซ้อนกัน)

We identified severe duplication of concepts across multiple root files:
เราพบความซ้ำซ้อนของคำนิยามและแนวทางระบบอย่างมากในไฟล์ระดับนอกสุด ดังต่อไปนี้:

1. Core Principles (หลักการวิศวกรรม): PRINCIPLES.md and TEAM_AGREEMENT.md contain overlapping engineering guidelines. These should be merged into CTO_PLAYBOOK/04_Engineering_Principles.md. (หลักการทำงานวิศวกรรมซ้ำซ้อนกันระหว่างไฟล์ PRINCIPLES.md และ TEAM_AGREEMENT.md ควรนำไปยุบรวมเข้าสู่ CTO_PLAYBOOK/04_Engineering_Principles.md)
2. Project Specs & Settings (การตั้งค่าสเปกโครงการ): AI_MEMORY.md and MEMORY.md duplicate project settings. Unique items from AI_MEMORY.md should be merged into MEMORY.md. (ความซ้ำซ้อนระหว่าง AI_MEMORY.md และ MEMORY.md ควรดึงเนื้อหาที่แตกต่างกันไปรวมไว้ที่ MEMORY.md เพียงแห่งเดียว)
3. Decision Making (กรอบการตัดสินใจ): DECISION_ENGINE.md duplicates the decision-making mindset. It should be merged into CTO_PLAYBOOK/07_Decision_Framework.md. (แนวทางตัดสินใจที่ซ้ำกันของ DECISION_ENGINE.md ควรยุบรวมเข้าสู่เฟรมเวิร์กของ CTO)
4. Task Completion (เกณฑ์การตรวจรับงาน): Definition of Done.md should be integrated into CTO_PLAYBOOK/08_Code_Review_Checklist.md as a concrete review checklist. (เกณฑ์ Definition of Done ควรควบรวมกับเช็คลิสต์ตรวจทานโค้ดเพื่อให้เป็นมาตรฐานเดียว)
5. Flowcharts (แผนภาพลำดับงาน): AI Framework.md should be converted into a Mermaid flowchart inside AI_WORKFLOW.md. (แปลงแผนภาพ Flowchart ใน AI Framework.md เข้าสู่ AI_WORKFLOW.md ในรูปแบบ Mermaid)

📂 3. Suggested Folder & File Structure Improvements (ข้อเสนอแนะการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างโฟลเดอร์)

To improve discoverability and reduce root directory clutter, we suggest organizing files into standard folder structures:
เพื่อความเป็นระเบียบและเอื้อต่อการค้นหาของระบบ AI และผู้พัฒนา ควรจัดวางไฟล์ต่างๆ ดังนี้:

• Root Directory (หน้าหลัก): Keep only core files (README.md, CONTEXT.md, DECISIONS.md, ROADMAP.md, TASK_LOG.md, MEMORY.md). (เหลือไว้เฉพาะไฟล์แกนกลางหลักเท่านั้น)
• AI Agent System Guidelines (คู่มือนำทาง AI): Group AI files under a new 04_AI/ folder. (จัดกลุ่มไฟล์คู่มือคำสั่ง AI ทั้งหมดเข้าโฟลเดอร์ 04_AI/)
• CTO Playbook (คู่มือกฎเกณฑ์ CTO): Retain the CTO_PLAYBOOK/ folder containing the 10 core principles and checklists. (คงโครงสร้างโฟลเดอร์คู่มือสถาปัตยกรรมและเช็คลิสต์ 10 ข้อหลักไว้)
• Remove Obsolete Root Files (ลบไฟล์เก่าที่ตกยุค): Delete redundant files once consolidated. (ดำเนินการลบไฟล์ที่ยุบรวมเสร็จสิ้นแล้วเพื่อลดขยะเอกสาร)

🔗 4. Cross-Reference (Linking) Audit (การตรวจสอบลิงก์สืบค้น)

• Many links use legacy extensions (e.g. [[Feature List]] instead of the actual [[01_Product/Feature_List\|Feature List]]). (ลิงก์จำนวนมากเป็นรูปแบบเก่าที่ไม่ได้ระบุโฟลเดอร์ปลายทางที่ย้ายไป)
• Dashboard.md links are broken because files like ERD and API are now located inside 03_System/. (ลิงก์ในหน้า Dashboard เสียหาย เนื่องจากไฟล์วิศวกรรมต่างๆ ถูกย้ายเข้าโฟลเดอร์ 03_System/)
• We will update the links to use correct Obsidian paths and remove extension/naming inconsistencies. (เราจะดำเนินการเขียนลิงก์สัมพัทธ์ใน Obsidian ใหม่ทั้งหมดเพื่อให้ใช้งานสืบค้นได้สมบูรณ์)

🎯 5. Missing Documents List (รายการเอกสารระบบที่ขาดหาย)

During the audit, we identified several critical missing engineering documents that are required for a production-grade system:

1. Security Policy & Guideline (03_System/Security_Policy.md): Detailing CORS setup, JWT encryption algorithms, rate limiting, and slip verification safety. (นโยบายความปลอดภัย เช่น CORS, อัลกอริทึมเข้ารหัส, การจำกัดโหลด และมาตรการสแกนสลิป)
2. Testing Strategy (06_Testing/Testing_Strategy.md): Defining unit testing requirements for backend (FastAPI pytest) and integration testing for frontend (Flutter driver). (กลยุทธ์การทดสอบของหลังบ้านและหน้าบ้าน)
3. Deployment & DevOps Guide (05_Development/Deployment_Guide.md): Detailing Docker Compose, CI/CD pipelines, SSL generation, and database backup schedules. (คู่มือการติดตั้งแอป การรัน Docker, การจัดเตรียม SSL และการแบคอัพสำรองข้อมูล)
